Kevin Romaniuk
Kevin Romaniuk’s photographs approach the themes of suburban upbringings, domestic interactions, and diaristic views of masculinity. Raised in the Whalley District of Surrey British Columbia, a neighborhood known for it downtrodden neighborhoods, he attended the Emily Carr Institute studying under the institute’s photoconceptual faculty. His photographs have been published extensively, and exhibited worldwide. He continues to work on artistic projects from his studio in Vancouver’s infamous Downtown Eastside.
